A recruitment process consists of a number of steps at Agent251 executive recruitment, where we inform our clients about the progress at agreed times. We start with an intake, in which we map the organization, wishes and needs of our client. Then we write the vacancy texts that we publish in various media to reach potential candidates. We also explicitly focus on latent candidates, who do not actively seek the next step in their career. We encourage interested parties to write a motivated application. Based on this, we make a first selection, where motivation is an important weighting factor. During the introductory talks, our attention is mainly focused on the motives, the background of the candidate and the personality. We present our client with a pre-agreed number of candidates on paper, where we then together make the selection of the candidates who will meet with the client. Of course, we have checked the references of these candidates, screened social media and requested an excerpt from the diploma register, so that you only meet with serious candidates. In some cases, we can offer an assessment. We do this in cooperation with an external agency. Agent251 aims to complete a recruitment process within 10 to 12 weeks. After 2 months we evaluate the process and the placement with both the client and the candidate. And because we are convinced of the quality we deliver, we give a full year warranty on every placement.
