Area Sales Manager B2C

The ideal candidate for this challenging position has a wide network of lighting specialists and residential furnishing dealers. He or she is an experienced advisor of lighting solutions for residential and office projects, knows how to offer an aesthetic and technically high-quality answer to difficult questions with his creativity. To this end you bring a solid network among furniture dealers and lighting specialists (retailers), you are familiar with lighting, interior design and you know how to interpret 2D drawings. You know how to bring the Louis Poulsen brand in focus of your clients and consumers and enhance the visibility in your area.

To be successful in this position you are

  •  strongly focused on your commercial objectives
  •  used to operate independently
  •  well-known the Belgian network of lighting specialists and furniture dealers
  •  structured in your work and skilled with SalesForce CRM
  •  premium design-oriented and experienced in conveying stories and emotions
  •  representative and fluent in French, Flemish and English

Above all, you have highly developed social skills. You guide your relationships through the design and selection process and you know how to close the deal. Retailers stay with you because they trust your expertise and are happy to involve you in their design and sales process. You see sales leads in the market and convert them into concrete opportunities for Louis Poulsen. You keep track of your activities, current opportunities and revenue forecast in CRM and are used to taking responsibility for your personal targets. You represent Louis Poulsen for Belgian relations at national and international trade fairs, you are host or hostess during business trips to Copenhagen and you participate in events organized by your clientèle in Belgium. You will be part of the Central Europe Sales organization and report to the Sales Manager B2C.
